I love my job! I am a REALTOR® & Designated Broker at at CENTURY 21 Tri-Cities, where I get to assist home owners and buyers with their Real Estate needs. I have over nine years of Real Estate experience and enjoy interacting with people. When you hire me, you are hiring a team of experts to do everything in their power to sell your home. I wouldn’t be doing my job as a REALTOR® if I didn’t make the investment in my clients and their products. I have my hand in a little bit of everything including accounts payable/receivable, operations, human relations and marketing. I oversee all financial, accounting and tax functions and have taken the lead in enhancing financial reporting systems and controls for annual budgets, forecasts and cash management. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrations and a double minor in Accounting and Human Resources/Personnel from WSU Tri-Cities in June of 2005. I am the owner of VISIONZ and my business specializes in staging properties to sell. I am a trained and licensed Stager with 18 years of experience. I specialize in enhancing your home design on the inside, and updating your curb appeal on the outside. My creativity and passion for maximizing the best features of your home while minimizing its weaker areas will help transform your home into one that will appeal to a much broader range of buyers. Statistics prove staged homes sell much quicker and for much more than homes that are not staged.

As Vicki’s Property Photographer, I ensure each home is accurately and professionally photographed for presentation in print and web media. Working with the Marketing Coordinator, I deliver photos promptly for MLS, listings, advertisements and virtual tours. In addition, I visually record the building process for each new construction home.
