Wanted: Detailed Real Estate Assistant

Company: Century 21 Tri-Cities

We are an extremely busy real estate office for top producing real estate agents in the Tri-Cities. We are looking for a candidate to manage the listing portion of this business, including administrative work, file up-keep and general listing management.
Candidates with real estate experience are preferred.

Job Tasks Include:
  • Communicating with agents and real estate clients over phone, email and in person.
  • Accurately filling out and processing MLS/listing paperwork.
  • Managing processed real estate files, including buyers and sellers.
  • Scheduling and preparing for real estate appointments.
  • Managing other real estate tasks as needed.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must be extremely detail oriented.
  • Candidate must be able to maintain constant work flow despite multiple distractions.
  • Candidate must have excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Candidate must have strong problem solving skills.
  • Candidate must have excellent organizational skills.
  • Candidate must be self motivated and ambitious.
  • Candidate must have the ability to work independently on multiple projects under general direction.
  • Candidate must work well with other team members.
  • Candidate must be able to learn new skills as the job requires and evolves.

Preferred:
  • Preferred Candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/English/Communication, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Preferred Candidate has technical copywriting skills.
  • Preferred Candidate is proficient on both PC and Mac operating systems.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, and Word and/or Pages, Numbers on a Mac.
