I handle all the accounts payable, receivable and human relations. From time to time I also assist in scheduling listing and buying appointments. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrations and a double minor in Accounting and Human Resources/Personnel from WSU Tri-Cities in June of 2005. I then began working for Coldwell Banker Tomlinson Associated Brokers alongside my sister, Vicki Monteagudo, in June of 2005.

I handle Vicki’s calls and messages and try to keep her hectic schedule organized. I am also Vicki’s Transaction Coordinator, which means I work closely with Lisa, her Accounts Manager. I keep track of all sale transactions, making sure we have up-to-date paperwork and signatures at the different points of a sale. I process all checks and addendums and basically make sure all sale transactions flow smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.

As Vicki’s go-to gal for Marketing, I go the extra mile to make sure that we take all the steps necessary to make your listing look it’s very best. When you list with Vicki Monteagudo, we want your home to sell! I firmly believe that a strong marketing plan is the driving force to sell any product. I graduated from The Art Institute of Seattle and I have a background in sign making, packaging, advertisements and working with photographers.

I support my team members by answering the phones and assisting them with day-to-day tasks that must be completed to help our clients. I also work on special pricing for new construction homes. When somebody wants to build their dream home, I am the person that coordinates with builders to get pricing back for our clients.

As Vicki’s Property Photographer, I ensure each home is accurately and professionally photographed for presentation in print and web media. Working with the Marketing Coordinator, I deliver photos promptly for MLS, listings, advertisements and virtual tours. In addition, I visually record the building process for each new construction home.
